1. What this is

A space on DSRCheck for property agents to connect — discuss market news, share knowledge and experience, showcase your wins, and grow your team. Visible to signed-in agents only.

2. What to share

• Your closings, projects, and professional insights
• Market news and your take on it
• Know-how that helps fellow agents
• Team building — connect with agents who might be a good fit

You can publish up to 3 posts a day.

3. What's not allowed

• Phone numbers, WeChat / WhatsApp, or any contact details
• External links that drive people off-platform
• Spam or repeated ads
• Personal attacks, harassment, or discrimination
• False or misleading information
• Explicit, illegal, or infringing content

We automatically screen posts for contact details and links.

4. How reporting works

Tap the 🚩 on a post, choose whether you're reporting the post or a specific comment, and confirm. Every report is reviewed by hand.

5. Enforcement

If a report checks out, your Community access is paused — Community only; your paid lead and listing tools keep working. Pauses are 3 days the first time, 5 the second, 7 the third, and 14 from the fourth on, stacking onto any current pause. Think it's a mistake? Open a ticket via Support to appeal.
